For some reason, I've been obsessing over the idea of cooking baby back ribs lately. I'm thinking about trying Alton Brown's recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/who-loves-ya-baby-back-recipe/index.html.

Anyone have any other favorite rib recipes they'd like to share?

You will LOVE those ribs. Who Loves Ya Baby Back ribs is our go-to recipe.

The only other way I do ribs is in the crockpot. I still use Alton's rub, but then I'll just cover the ribs with some bottled BBQ sauce near the end.

Excellent! Thanks.

Ribs does sound good. Have you used that picture before? Or have I just seen it elsewhere and my senile mind is connecting the two. :)

I've actually never done ribs before. Wifey doesn't eat pork or beef, and I have a hard time justifying the time and expense to make something like that for just me.

That said, I've used a number of Alton's other recipes and they've all turned out damn good.

I dislike looking at Alton Brown's face, but his ribs look really good.
