Heather Locklear returned to Melrose Place this week and it instantly became better: more backstabbing, more hookups, more irrational zaniness! She's Ella's new boss at the publicity agency and like all the alumni from the former show (so far) she's being set up a big old villain. I suppose I could complain about ageism in their baddie-casting, but frankly I wouldn't want Locklear's character to be anything but a villain. That's what she was best at.
I'm still watching V and hoping that I'm not wasting my time. It's definitely not bad, but it's way short on drama and thus far from captivating. Maybe they need a Heather Lockear infusion as well?
