Damn you, angel food cupcake recipe!  
I tried to make these raspberry swirl angel food cupcakes on sunday, but for some reason the cakes came out as gummy little inedible lumps. And since the recipe called for a vanilla bean, they were damn expensive gummy little inedible lumps.

So to use up the already made raspberry filling, I made up two dozen cupcake-sized raspberry swirl cheesecakes, which I have to say came out pretty darn tasty.

Fair enough. if you ever want to bake biscotti i have a good base recipe. and its really easy to make. and soooo good. At work i'm the official biscotti master. this week i made chocolate lavender and some chocolate hazelnut. I could probably adjust it for sea level fairly easily too.
