the return of Fantassy Friday
Well, the mob has spoken and they've voted for more voting. So sometime this summer, we'll vote on the Best of 2005, then next summer we'll do 2004, and the summer after that 2003. That will get us right on schedule for a best of the best contest spanning eight years in, I think, the summer of 2010.

Also, Fantassy Friday is back on the books. So, let's kick off with Peruvian-American artist Boris Vallejo:

Let me just climb into my custom van with the shag rug covering the insides and the built in bed.

i don't want to sound like senor captain snarky asshole, but if any of you readers that like the fantassy fridays could tell me what you like about them, i'd appreciate it. i mean, what makes a drawn butt better than a real one?

then again, maybe i will open my eyes to the lure of an inked/drawn/painted butt eventually...i always think fantasy art (if that is the name of this genre) is corny to the nth degree.

My geeky brother had a bunch of the posters you get for buying tons of comics hidden in the heat vent of the parent's home. I think I still have the 'girl riding a dragon' and on of some swirly-metal-bra/panties thing of a chick on a rock somewhere.

There were a few "Amazing!"'s in there too.

Nice Mr. Grids...very very nice :D

does the room under the stairs exist anymore? And what about the chucklehead place? I have need of f2b/chuckleheadery. :)

I think they both still exist, but I'm not sure if you'll find anyone else there these days.
