So, I've been watching Life the past few weeks and it's really entertaining. The main character (played by Damian Lewis) is a cop who was framed for murder, went a little crazy in jail, then became a Buddhist, then got released twelve years later because of new evidence, received a multi-million dollar settlement, and then went back to work as a police detective. In addition to doing good works with his millions (mostly through a prison buddy played by Adam Arkin), he's secretly (and not so secretly) trying to solve the crime he was framed for. K. is hooked too, but mostly because she has a girl crush on his partner played by Sarah Shahi (Carmen from The L Word).

That is a good show. I've liked Lewis since he played Maj. Winters in Band of Brothers. Yet another Limey able to pull off a decent U.S. accent. Man, there's a whole slew of 'em on TV these days...

He has such a great accent, good enough that I didn't care that I couldn't recognize it wasn't actually American.
