"If you ever plan to motor west...."

Well I'm putting on my travelling shoes (no, seriously, I bought special travelling shoes!), because the girl and I are going on a little vacation. This saturday, we'll fly out to Portland and stay with some friend of hers. Not sure what we'll do there. Probably a little hiking, maybe a hot spring. Hey, shethingsmash, are you still in Portland next week or are you back home already?

Then on wednesday night, we're going to fly down to Salt Lake City to convert to the Mormon religion and become polygamists go hiking and drink beer with zeeke and his lovely wife for the rest of the week.

If anybody knows any must-do activities in either place, please do let me know.
