Best of 2006: Round One, Match Six
Been catching up on Brian K. Vaughn's "Y: The Last Man" comic book the past few nights and since just about every issue ends in a cliffhanger, I always end up reading for an hour or two longer than I should (just to see what happens), which has been meaning less and less sleep. Fortunately, I don't have to be too creative in the morning while I'm running this Best of 2006 contest.

Vote, vote, vote!

Toughest choice so far. A & B are the same...
C or D??...Hmmm...Cover up their torsos, I choose "D"

C Most probably.
Oh wow. That Y: book changed my mind about comics yet again. I bought the first trade paperback out of curiosity. Then I found myself buying 2 or 3 trades at a time and reading them right away. Unfortunately, I am all caught up now and buying the single issues. The story reads much better when all of the issues of a story arc are read back to back instead of every 30 days. Oh well. I gave the pile to a friend to read, and it had the same effect. Not sure why I like this story so much. Sadly, I do see a possible end in sight. Let's hope they do not try to drag it out longer than needed, because it is selling well. (Like that TV show Lost. Hehe.)

O.K. This has to be my tenth anonymous comment.

Re: C Most probably.
It's funny you should mention "Lost" because the author of "Y: The Last Man" has just joined the writing crew on "Lost," which can only be a good thing for that show.

I voted for C, obviously, but I almost had to vote for A because that is a great picture.

My wife, whose lovely derrier I think strongly resembles that of Miss Page, actually preferred A.

Not fair! Bettie Page is one of a kind! One of the most gorgeous butts on the planet in her time. And A and D have those incredible curves too.

Well, I voted for Bettie.
