halloween
I can't even remember the last time I went to a real Halloween party (with costumes and all), but this year we've been invited to four. Four! What's up with that? Has there been some sort of Halloween Renaissance or something?

One is tomorrow night and three are on saturday. All in opposite corners of the city, of course. At least I'll be able recycle one costume for all of them. Although I'm still assembling it. Perhaps I'll find some of the crucial missing ingredients when I go up to New York friday to hang out with the visiting gloriamunty.

Oh, and I still have to carve the 21 pound pumpkin I bought in Long Island last weekend.

I tell you. Halloween takes a lot out of a feller...

I can't leak that information yet, but I will try my best to put up a photograph next week.

Halloween night itself should be free, except for the handing out of candy. We'd definitely accompany you and Caleb for a while if you bring up to our neck of the woods.

I can't vouch for a Halloween Renaissance, but one of our local community family Halloween celebrations has the theme "medieval times". (:

Use a Dremel. They have one marketed just for pumpkins, but I only have the pumpkin one 'cause it's cordless. (My regular one is corded.)
