Talk To Me (no real spoilers)

So, Talk to Me was great. It's basically a two-man show focusing on the hardwon friendship and partnership of Don Cheadle as Petey Green, an ex-con turned political radio DJ at Washington DC R&B station WOL, and Chiwetel Ejiofor as Dewey Hughes, the straight-laced radio producer who risks his own career by giving Green his chance at once. Both of them gave pitch perfect performances.

I thought director Kasi Lemmons handled the difficult mix of comedic hijinx and serious message making with considerable flair and grace. And, of course, the story's setting in the late 60s and early 70s meant that the music and clothes in the picture were both fantastic.
