Doctor Who (a bit spoilerish)
Season three of Doctor Who got off to a fine start. I'm already quite fond of the new companion, Martha Jones. And her entire extended family, which is important since we'll no doubt be seeing a lot of them. I hope travelling in TARDIS doesn't mess up her plans too badly. Also, I kind of wish she'd keep on calling him Mr. Smith instead of Doctor.
It's interesting that they keep hinting at the Doctor's dead family. Makes me think we're in for a resurrection of the Time Lords at some point.
And for a RTD-written episode even the plot was pretty good. Although it's a bit funny how many of the villians in the new series and its spinoffs are (as was pointed out by a clever fellow at Barbelith) "posh ladies of advancing years with somewhat sexual appetites."
