Well, allergies woke me up in the middle of the night, so I downloaded the free trial of Dungeons and Dragons Online to occupy myself while I waited for the medicine to kick in. My character is a robot warrior (Warcrafted Fighter) named Sidecar Sid. Just did a couple of the introductory quests, but so far I don't think WOW has anything to worry about.

After 5 years of EQ, I swore I'd never subscribe to another game with a monthly fee.

I think Guild Wars got it right, and I can play with my daughter and other friends just by buying another box.

I hated Morrowind and NWN. Oblivion is the best single-player RPG I've played since Planescape: Torment. I give it a bajillion stars.

I prefer DDO to WoW and Guildwars. The beginning quests arent too exciting and right now soloing is basically impossible but more solo content is on the way. I think I prefer it because I can play a few hours at a time and progress at a reasonable rate while adventuring without having to spend hours at some industry to raise money or skill level. Joining a party is also very easy to do and enjoyable, especially with voice chat.

Why? Do think you are responsible for the bruise shown below her right elbow?
