Calling all mad scientists  
So, now that 70% of New Orleans is underwater, as much as ten feet in parts, is there anything that can be done like... technology-wise to reduce the water level? Like use super-heated coils to turn the water to steam or something? Or move the moon so that it creates reverse tides? Or do we just fix the broken levees and wait for nature to do it's thing?
