Saw Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy this weekend. It was ok, definitely not a travesty. Mos Def and Martin Freeman were great. So was Bill Nighy as Slartibartfast. My only real problem was that they had to delete a lot of fun stuff from the book to make room for the new story elements, which I didn't think were necessary. Of course, I knew going into it that I was probably too fanboy about the novels to love the movie adaptation, but I thought they would capture the mood and style of the books better than they did.
