northwestbound and down...
After a brisk bicycle ride to work, I think my body temperature must be somewhere around 140, especially in this humid weather. I rip off my helmet at the bike rack and everyone in a two block radius thinks its raining. I'll tell you what though, it makes the air-conditioning in my office feel downright supernaturally good.

Unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to bring the ol' girl into the shop already. It seems like I'm getting a little contact between the rear wheel and the frame.

Easy to fix that one.

Turn bike upside down and loosen the nuts on both sides with a 15mm spanner (most common side).
Place hand between wheel and seat tube and set in place making that chain moderately taught. Keep your hand in this place whilst following the next instructions.
Tighten the drive side nut until close but not set.
Tighten offside nut until gripping frame.
Tighten drive side nut until firm (harder than last instruction beyond finger tight).
Hold the frame to steady it with one hand and then tighten off side nut really hard and then repeat on the drive side.

Will take about 5-10 minutes the first time to get it right and then much less after that. Will save you getting hosed by the bike shop.
If the problem persists, consider investing in some chain tugs as they will solve all your woes.
